The Conversion Specialist/Lead is responsible for the data conversion of one or more functional areas. They are expected to do as well as lead a team of analysts in the creation of data conversion mapping design, development, testing and problem resolution utilizing data migration application technologies (ETL tools, PL/SQL) and is held accountable for accurate and timely status reports as well as meeting assigned work delivery dates with a high-level quality of work. They lead in the development of design/development standards and processes, conduct peer review of conversion work products according to Quality Assurance processes, assist other team members, interface with client and other Accenture teams to facilitate the Data Conversion process, drive in meeting the schedule for Data Conversion as well as execution of cut-over/go-live activities
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ETL tools and PL/SQL development
Experience with data conversion is required
Leading a team is highly preferred
