Essential Job Functions

Have professional phone communication and customer service skills.

Be able to handle a variety of tasks, work at a fast pace, and manage stress during busy- periods.
Be motivated and organized to perform job duties without detailed, frequent instruction.
Motivated to work with team toward common goals and objectives.
Ability to document information and make quick decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively with JB Hunt drivers, other employees, and the general public while maintaining a professional attitude.
Sufficient typing skills.

Ability to develop working relationships with outside and inside customers to assist in the retrieval of the necessary information to bill loads.

Qualifications

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 6 to 11 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
