This position is for a Junior Developer to provided technical and project support for Web and Application Development, Administration, Monitoring and support for the Executive Office of the U.S. Attorneys and the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices.

Typical Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
The engineer must possess knowledge of application development, programming, operating systems, databases and desktop applications. The position will:
Participate in the design and coding of web pages and business applications using a variety of graphics software applications, tools and techniques.
Possesses knowledge of object oriented programming concepts.
Possesses knowledge of relational database design and query concepts.
Possesses knowledge of current web-based technologies and trends such as HTML 5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, and media queries.
Possesses knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Familiarity with Unit Testing
Familiarity of version control (TFS, Git, Subversion)
Possesses knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework.
Assist with the operations and maintenance of customer websites, as needed.
Contribute to the visual appeal of online offerings and communications.
Develop content for customer internal and/or external web sites.
Use modern scripting technologies to automate business processes in support of the customer’s strategies and goals.
Document changes made to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) baseline in accordance with customer change management procedures.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
Support debugging of customer intranet applications as needed.
Assist with server, network and communications infrastructure issues as needed.
Provide application administration in terms of performance, maintenance, synchronization, security, and accessibility of production web and business applications.
Troubleshoot system issues.
Excellent communication, teamwork and documentation skills are required
