We are looking for individuals that are not scared of physical work, lifting, assembling, packing items in crates. We produce structures and graphics for trade shows and events and have immediate openings for an inventory specialist. This is NOT your typical warehouse job. You must a critical thinker, be willing to work hard, fast and accurately because “The Show Must Go On!”.

General Responsibilities:

Pulling client’s trade show exhibit components from storage.

Set-up the displays following the assembly instructions.

Properly labeling and repacking the components to prevent damage during shipping.

After show inspections to ensure all components have returned and communicating if something is damaged or missing.

Interact with appropriate team members to ensure on-time project quality/completion.

Interaction with clients to ensure highest levels of customer service


Ability to lift or push 50lbs.Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent.Detail-oriented.

Must be a team player with a solid work ethic.

Construction experience

Good Oral and Written communication Skills.

Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Must be able to work Monday – Friday.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Must be able to work flexible hours or until work is completed each day.

Must reside within tristate area.

Must be willing to travel as an onsite project supervisor
