If so, SalesDouble might have the perfect position for you. We are looking for an “A Player” with experience in phone sales management to lead our growing Sales Team.

As a Phone Sales Manager, you will be responsible for training and managing a group of top-tier remotely located phone sales professionals, as well as recruiting and hiring them. Your job responsibilities will include:

Screening resumes, evaluating potential candidates.
Interviewing and hiring qualified sales professionals.
Managing new hires and existing sales professionals.
Maintaining your own small quota of commission-based phone sales so you “stay in the trenches” with the sales reps you are managing.
Working with management, client service, and administrative staff to refine our sales rep training program and sales resources.
Note: This is NOT a remote position. Although you will be managing a remote/virtual sales force, the position will be based in our office in north Phoenix, Arizona. Our office is open Mon-Fri from 7am to 3:30pm.

Requirements

5+ years managing and recruiting PHONE SALES people
Strong sales interview and interpersonal skills
Able to set the example by making own commission sales
Excellent / Professional verbal and written skills
Formal Sales and Marketing training (a degree) or resume of self-taught training (Dale Carnegie courses, seminars, etc.)
Strong grammar and writing skills for corresponding with clients via email.
Basic skills with MS Office programs like Outlook and Excel, as well as general computer and Internet use.
Typing skills at minimum of 35 wpm
Benefits

Pay: Base Salary of $50,000 annually.
Overrides on Sales Rep Production: $0 - 75,000+
Bonuses: Company wide performance bonuses are often paid, but not guaranteed
