Provide financial support for the PRV business in North America, particularly as it relates to forecasting, budget, financial reporting and analysis.
Financial analysis and review of monthly actual results, including investigation of variances, and escalation if errors are identified.
Coordination of review and analysis of PRV-USA specific HFM results as it pertains to Shared Service accounting processes.
Maintain weekly pulse on sales and orders for PRV USA business, alerting leadership to issues as it relates to forecast achievement
Report weekly sales and orders results into Essbase application for multiple PRV facilities including any monthly outlook revisions.
Report monthly actual supplemental results into Essbase, across a multitude of attributes such as destination sales, product specific results, backlog, type of business, industry, etc
Maintain data mappings for supplemental reporting, including any carve-outs for changes in product families.
Assist in monthly rolling forecast for leadership review, including loading approved forecast P&L and supplemental accounts into HFM
Prepare supplemental reports used by various internal functional teams that support their objectives, such as brand level reporting, margin analysis at a product level, margin in backlog, etc
Assist with financial modelling and preparation of CapEx requests, and tracking of on-going project spend.
Assist with budget preparation and on-going P&L analysis to identify variances and cost control measures.
Support various ad hoc requests including such things as headcount analysis, cost allocations, trend analysis, and other one-off calculations
SAP or Oracle experience preferred
Knowledge of HFM, Essbase, or other planning/consolidation tools.
Understanding of forecasting concepts and financial performance analysis
Strong ability to manage data and make sense of large quantities of data.
Experience working with upper management/executives of cross functional teams
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
High ethical standards, and integrity
Flexibility with changing priorities
B.S. in Accounting / Finance
5 + years relevant business experience
Basic understanding of manufacturing industry
Understanding of end to end business work-flows
Knowledge of HFM/Essbase a plus
