PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Rev.io marketing and sales teams with general marketing functions. They shall also lead effective cross-functional relationships between all other departments within Rev.io and uphold the integrity of Rev.io’s Mission & Values.

Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing Team members to design and launch marketing campaigns; including prospect emails, client emails, direct mail campaigns, and webinars programs.
Create and edit sales collateral, case studies, eBooks, and other resources using the Rev.io brand palette and messaging standards.
Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for manage our tradeshows and client events – including determining the size of Rev.io’s presence, tradeshow paperwork, managing giveaway inventory, managing leads and opportunities in Salesforce, and providing sales team with resources for follow up.
Assist with monthly client newsletter program – you’ll help us compile content, add graphics, and monitor follow-up.
You’ll be responsible for contributing to our blog content by brainstorming new post topics, outlining and writing posts, and assisting with peer-review for other team members.
This position manage Rev.io’s social media accounts, including crafting messaging, promoting campaigns, and engaging with clients, industry leaders, partners, and prospects on social media.
Research new technologies, tools, and events that can help Rev.io improve brand awareness and grow our customer base.
Assist with managing Rev.io’s Salesforce and Pardot accounts – you’ll learn marketing skills, best practices, and campaigns that will prepare you for a Marketing Manager position!

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with Major in Marketing Preferred

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Experience creating newsletter(s) for distribution via email drip marketing campaign(s) is a plus
Web programming (PHP, API integration(s), etc. experience a big plus)
Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot is a plus
Event planning experience is a plus
