Lokre (http://lokrecompanies.com/) transforms the rigid and isolating housing model of yesterday into a flexible community-driven experience for today. The mission for our new hospitality concept (https://www.bantrliving.com/) is to create living environments that inspire people to progress holistically in their lives. Our thoughtfully engineered apartments are furnished with everything you need to move in, whether alone, with family, or with friends. Shared spaces including lounge areas, co-working facility with private offices and a conference room, fitness studio with Peloton bikes, a chef's kitchens, laundry room that doubles as an arcade with beer on tap, outdoor area with putting green are each designed to create tangible value for our tenants and create a lively environment within the building.
We are looking for a qualified maintenance person to join our growing team. We're looking for an independent, dependable and skilled technician that can assist with the following and more in and around the greater Madison market - preventative maintenance, locks & doors, flooring, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, furnace & boiler repair, fire alarm inspection, HVAC, carpentry, and apartment turnovers.
We have a handful of different multifamily and residential properties as well as commercial properties in fantastic locations in the Madison market you would look after with our local property management team.
The right candidate will have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Please check out our property site for our first building at bantrweston.com as this is the primary property you would be helping with. If you love people, get along with everyone, like to have a fun time, and want to be part of an innovative concept and impact-driven organization, we'd love to have you join our team!
