Our agency is a hometown, one-stop shop for our client's financial protection. We offer Allstate Workplace Benefits, along with Medical & Dental benefits to our employees and competitive salaries for our licensed Insurance Advisers. They include, a base salary, commissions on all sales, monthly, quarterly and annual bonus and 3% on all P&C Renewals. Our agents earn $35,000.00 to $80,000.00 + annually. We offer paid time off, fixed and flexible schedules. Our winning attitude is infectious. No insurance experience, that's OK. We'll (reimburse you) for your license(s) and train the right people! Obtaining your California Property and Casualty License and Life Insurance License is just the beginning of this career with Allstate. Requirements:
Must be fluent in BOTH Spanish and English. Please do not respond unless you are bilingual (our clientele is 80% Spanish Speaking)
Must obtain BOTH a Life Insurance and P&C Insurance License in California.
Must provide name, address and phone numbers of last 3 previous employers. We will call them.
Maintaining a positive, focused and enthusiastic attitude daily is a must
Willingness to Learn and be Coach-able is required
Sales, money and life motivated is key for success in this position.
Both career driven and customer focused people is what we are looking for in a candidate.
Previous insurance experience can be a plus but NOT required.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Be a team player to help grow the agency
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
Be organized and efficient
Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
Ensure a positive customer experience
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, Saturdays 10am-2pm.

Requirements

Confident self-starter who works well independently
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Sales experience is a plus
Driven to fulfill customers’ needs
Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, Saturdays 10am-2pm.
