As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for LMS management and maintenance, creating and pulling reports for specific training initiatives and collaborating with the Communications team on department related communications and product launches. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the mantras of success. In this role, you will:
Manage training related support tickets
Work with Verizon and Victra support staff as it relates to CIM administration and Verizon specific reporting
Monitor the effectiveness of training for employees using individual or group performance results
Contribute to new training program design and existing program enhancements
Develop and create new lesson plans and training aids
Other duties as assigned

You should have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in training related roles. You have the ability to adjust tasks quickly based on the needs of the business. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and vendors
Efficient and knowledgeable with Excel
High level of professionalism
Good sense of humor along with a great attitude
Detail oriented and organized to such a degree that people are frequently amazed at your skills
Understand that supporting your customer is your number one goal
