Reporting to the Director of the Office of Research Development (ORD), this position provides essential data and grant support for the Office of Research Development. This individual will be responsible for program management in the ORD with primary focus on grant development.
Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 7: $49,594.00 - $70,674.00 - $91,755.00 (min - mid - max)
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience related to the position.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Exceptional organizational skills; experience with federal and non-federal research grant development, event planning & coordination, graphic design, databases and website maintenance; proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, including MS Office Suite; working knowledge of MUSC’s research grants management systems is preferred.
Guidelines and Supervision: Employee must be able to work independently on daily tasks and major projects with limited supervision towards agreed-upon milestones.
