MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Certificates/Licenses – JD, CPA, Preferred.
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Demonstrate technical tax skills appropriate for the years of experience in the one or more tax disciplines. Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and implement multiple complex projects, people management, and communications to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Proven analytical and problem resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications:
6-10 years of corporate taxation experience
BA in Accounting and/or CPA (required) or MST preferred
Must have solid experience in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and income tax compliance experience
Strong tax technology skills. Proficient in Excel, SAP and ONESOURCE Tax Provision software.
Experience with US and international tax matters preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and all levels of management.
Strong analytical thinker with a flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change who demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions with a focus on problem solving.
Collaborative team player with strong organizational and planning skills that can make decisions and deliver under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to drive engagement and deliver desired results.
Demonstrates the ability to drive continuous process improvement and technological advancement.
Proven track record of developing talent and improving performance to build a more effective team
