Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of detail-oriented tasks with a positive attitude and professionalism. Position provides high level administrative and all-around support to our President of 49ers Enterprises and EVP of Football Operations. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ultimate “can do” attitude, ability to work with and communicate with senior executives, senior football personnel and players.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Heavy calendar management; prioritizing and screening calls and coordinating meetings
Coordinate travel, domestic and international
Manage logistics for special events and large-scale meetings
Host special guests at all 49ers home games
Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to work under pressure and consistently stay on top of project pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships internally and externally on behalf of executive
Helping conduct due diligence and background research on pertinent individuals/companies to assist with investment opportunities and business ventures
Proven ability to manage projects, conduct research, and maintain files
Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents utilizing Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:
Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
Conserve executive’s time by maintaining the schedule, being proactive in anticipating problems, and streamlining daily processes
Confidence in assuming ownership over assigned projects and tasks. Willingness to ask questions, put in necessary research, and quick to find answers.
Tenacious and resilient with a propensity to preserve
Strong teamwork and relationship management skills; works effectively as a liaison between the executive and all personalities
Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
Proficient with various MS applications and Google Drive, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (email and calendaring)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
Personable, outgoing and positive personality
Must be available to work late and weekends with limited notice, especially during the football season

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sports Administration or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a related role
