Summary: This position dealing with Lowe's is responsible for the delivery of sales goal for assigned product groups while maintaining an annual expense budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Increase sales, distribution and shelf space of our brands by managing and working with the Lowe's Merchants, Marketing and Logistic teams
Effectively manage and work closely with the Rust-Oleum Category Management group, Logistical teams, Brand group, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver or exceed sales plan
Provide recommendations to grow the Rust-Oleum business within Lowe's through proactive involvement with buyers and marketing teams
Build and maintain new and existing relationships with Lowe's merchants and management
Forecast monthly sales and promotional activity for the Lowe's business

Required Skills
BS, BA with MBA Preferred
5 + years Sales and Sales Management experience, ideally selling to or for major customers/outlets
Experience working with Lowe's or another major national account highly desirable
Experience or knowledge of category management, forecasting, P & L's, planogram and marketing program development
Managing cross functional projects with sales, brand, marketing and trade teams
Conduct presentations to various size groups utilizing various delivery methods
Excellent communication skills
Effective business writing to include, emails, meeting summaries and other documents as needed
Ability to work independently to achieve business goals
Ability and willingness to travel, drive, and engage in some physical activity (standing, climb ladders, lift and move items weighing as much as 50lbs, and use products as appropriate for demonstrations)
