Provides financial and investment planning services to physicians. Services include investment planning services, tax planning, including estate tax issues, college expense projections and planning, cash flow/budget analysis, debt planning, including mortgages and student loans, retirement planning, insurance needs and risk analysis and benefits consulting. Financial planner will understand the overall personal and financial goals of each client to provide customized solutions. Will work closely with members of Human Resources to develop extensive knowledge of benefits and retirement programs available to physicians. Based on need, planner may also conduct presentations on various topics of interest. Planners will develop and sustain community relationships to create a network of trusted partners, including attorneys, CPA’s, financial advisors, real estate agents, bankers, etc.. to meet complex financial needs of physicians.
Minimum of 8 years in the field of financial planning, asset management and benefit management/selection for highly compensated and high net worth individuals.
Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced Degree or Certification (CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, CAIA, JD or MBA) required.
No certification/licensure required.
