Job Description: Seeking a hard-working, dependable construction site supervisor with ability to read blueprints with hands-on experience in Gut Renovation and out of the ground projects, including concrete and masonry work, waterproofing, and high end interior construction.

Applicants should have ability to set and meet goals, be team-oriented, and be able to encourage and lead a team to complete projects on schedule.

The site superintendent arranges, supervises & communicates with a crew of Carpenter, bricklayers and laborers for gut renovation projects by performing the following duties below:

  • Supervises a crew of up to 35 employees per Job Site.
  • Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
  • Conducts & participates in regular job site meetings.
  • Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
  • Enforces all company & client-required safety policies and procedures.
  • Learn & get familiar with the job as well as the scope of work.
  • Keep track and notify office of any order changes.
  • Communicate with the Construction Manager regarding deliveries & installation sequence according to lead time.
  • Report on a daily basis what was done and fill out log sheet.
  • Submit weekly toolbox meeting.
  • Receive & coordinate deliveries.
  • Keep inventory accurate and secured on the job site.
  • Get written authorization if no work is needed on the job site.
  • Read plans and communicate with customer.
  • Communicate and respond to all customers requests.
  • Make written punch list & ensure it's completed.
  • Get a written sign on on completed units.
  • Be available & proactive on any ongoing issue.
  • Make sure job is completed & get a completion sign off.

Salary: $35-40/hr ($75,000-85,0000 annually) and dependent on experience and qualifications + $1,250 SIGNING BONUS (awarded after 90 days of successful employment).
