Impact:
As our Property Damage Specialist in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in resolving their PD claims. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling property damage claims, and understands all aspects of PD.
Daily Tasks:
- Communicate with clients regarding their PD claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding our client's PD claims.
- Set up car rentals for clients.
- Process total loss and/or repair claims.
- Review total loss evaluations.
- Complete understanding of loss of use.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and procedures.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Complete understanding of PD claims.
- Prior PD adjusting experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
