Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business and Integration Architect Senior Manager in Seattle, WA to participate in discussions with Client team to gather and understand the Functional requirements for Commerce IT systems for Weekly, monthly and quarterly Agile releases. S/he will perform the following duties: discuss the contract scope of services and budget with client and managing the Project planning activities such as Project Plan, Project Estimates, Project Risks and issues for Agile releases; manage Project stakeholder’s communication through status reporting during Agile releases; coordinate with / work within Distributed Agile methodology; define skills needed for the team to deliver as per requirements and assign team resources for release delivery; analyze the requirements and ensure timely escalations on the risks to the Accenture / client management; ensure quality deliverables are being completed as per defined expectations (using Testing Frameworks); ensure on time delivery with no/minimum defects on the code/testing deliverables; timely reporting to the Customer and Accenture leadership on the project status; work with dependent teams to identify integration requirements and include them in the agile releases; identify automation scope for the commerce IT systems and implement using distributed agile; and work with infrastructure build and deployment team during agile releases to ensure compliance of code deliverables and gather approvals for production deployment.
This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineering Team Lead/Manager; Software Engineer, Test Engineer, Software Programmer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience testing IT systems covering web applications, web services and database systems and including both functional and automated testing frameworks; 5 years of experience with Project / Program management in project planning, capacity planning, resource management, project tracking and reporting using waterfall/agile methodologies to perform sprint planning, story point estimations, Kanban dashboards and postmortems; 5 years of experience in coding and testing using Microsoft’s .NET framework, ASP.NET, Microsoft Test Management tools and Azure DevOps tools; and 5 years of experience in coding and testing of Commerce IT systems.
