Argus Professional Storage Management is hiring a Part Time Assistant Property Manager at a self-storage facility at Richards Place Self Storage in Sparks, NV .
Storage experience preferred, but not required. Joining our team means working with some of the most experienced and dedicated self-storage experts in the industry. Our main focus is developing our employees and providing all the tools necessary for a successful career/future in property management. Training and open-ended support is provided for all of our employees.
This position is Part -Time with a consistent work schedule:
Saturday : 9am – 6pm
Monday: 9am - 6pm

WHAT OUR ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS DO:
- Manage the day-to-day operations at the facility
- Work closely with the Property Manager on operational needs
- Assess, Showcase, and Fulfill Rental Agreements with New Tenants
- Maintain Tenant Accounts and Delinquencies
- Maintain Interior and Exterior Facility Appearance and Cleanliness
- Assist in Growth and Development of the facilities metrics
- Meet and Exceed Operational Standards
This position includes all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, the use computer software programs, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making business decisions, reconciling receipts, following lien procedures, and printing/interpreting of facility reports. Our Management Team depends on our employees to achieve property needs and goals, dependability is essential.
