The Role You Will Play: Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Implement lean methodologies and tools
Present and teach lean practices to all employees
Review and evaluate processes to ensure compliance
Exhibit leadership, expertise, and coaching of lean practices
Make sure practices stay within safety compliance
Achieve and sustain business goals through systematic practices
Spearhead kaizen events, improvement projects and strategic projects
Provide support for company goals, policies, vision, and growth
Lead Change Management
Other responsibilities as needed

Background Profile: Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related technical field
Lean Certification through an accredited organization preferred
5+ years of Lean Manufacturing transformation experience
5+ years of Lean Manufacturing environment experience or supervisory/leadership experience
Bilingual is a plus with ability to speak French
Could require more travel (30%+) to Montreal, Toronto, Mexico, USA, or other facilities in the beginning
