Santé, a growing healthcare company with multiple business lines, is seeking a dynamic, seasoned, and strategic professional for our newly created role of Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. The VP of Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for the overall business development and marketing/branding strategy for our Transitional Rehabilitation Centers, Home Health and Hospice divisions.
Position will be based in our Corporate office, located in North Scottsdale. Travel locally is expected and out of state travel may occur as needed.
The VP of Business Development and Marketing will lead a team tasked with growing our healthcare market penetration by creating and executing healthcare sales and marketing strategies to meet the companys sales goals. Combining skills in healthcare business development/sales with savvy marketing/branding experience, the VP of Business Development and Marketing will achieve broad results in sales achievement and brand consistency.
VP of Business Development and Marketing will be responsible for creating and driving our sales and referral strategy. She/he will be accountable for the overall sales and referral performance, developing the strategic customer service plan in order to achieve high customer satisfaction with referral partners and Santé customers and managing sales budget. Capitalizing on a professional network of business and commercial contacts, the VP of Business Development and Marketing will grow market share, identify and capture new business, and increase Santés reputation as a leading healthcare organization.
She/he will also be responsible for and oversee all corporate marketing, including the analysis of existing marketing, the design and implementation of new marketing , building and enhancing corporate branding, and creating a cohesive vison across service lines. This will include a focus on website & social media integration across platforms, public relations and media, trademark maintenance, marketing materials, and internal and external PR events.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required
A minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare sales and business development required (B2B sales, demonstrated market growth, staff management, lead generation)
A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing required (social media, corporate branding, public relations, marketing materials and communications, website design)
Vertical experience with two or more senior housing and healthcare services lines (i.e. skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care, home health, home care (private-duty nursing) and hospice) preferred
Must be dynamic, analytical, strategic, goal achievement focused, ROI/measurement focused, able to plan and execute, have excellent leadership and communication skills.
