Responsibilities
In this fast-paced environment, we are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical and organizational skills to work across multiple teams. The Project Manager will organize tasks and responsibilities, draft project communications, and participate in the delivery of new solutions to user groups. This individual must be an exceptional collaborator, communicator, and have the ability to translate technical processes for non-technical people.

Responsible for managing medium to large scale projects

Manage a project lifecycle from project definition through implementation

Meet or exceed agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures

Develop project plans, document requirements, manage risk logs, and drive project milestones

Establish effective communication plans with project team and key stakeholders

Provide day to day direction to project resources

Ensure effective change management throughout the course of the project

Prepare documentation, status reports and budget

Manage relationships with internal clients, external clients, and vendors

Qualifications

Exhibit excellent oral and written communications skills

Ability to negotiate and use good judgment, demonstrate leadership, decision-making abilities, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio

Facilitate workgroups for requirements gathering, scoping, building timeframes and budgeting

2-5 years prior BA / PM experience required

Self-starter, self-disciplined, holds self to high standards

Strong understanding of IT processes and technology

Strong team player, positive attitude, fun to work with

Willingness to work across teams and projects

Emphasis on the impact of the work at hand

Willingness to learn new skills

Healthcare experience (Preferred, but not required)
