As a key member of the Beacon Experience and Digital Design team works closely with Marketing, IT, Innovation, Customer Experience, and other associates throughout the organization. Will support Beacon's vision of making healthcare more convenient, connected, and coordinated in order to give patients, customers, associates, and physicians easy access to information and solutions.

Education and Experience
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Two to five years of leadership skills and experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for a minimum of two years.
Knowledge & Skills
High level of knowledge of IT within Marketing solutions and graphic design skills to ensure that digital design is optimized for impact, SEO, web (responsive and mobile), branding, etc.
Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimized marketing programs. Portfolio demonstrating work, analytics and metrics strongly encouraged.
Ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
Solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.
Analytical and reporting on customer behavior and insights including Google Analytics. Background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
Knowledge of web content management software including WordPress. Knowledge of HIPAA considerations.
Outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.
Create, manage, and optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Familiarity with Yext or similar a plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas.
Ability to work well with many different kinds of people, departments, and divisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, hands-on environment and work effectively under pressure; meet deadlines; organize and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and maintain a flexible approach to changing priorities and methods.

1. Ensures leading edge processes are delivered by:
Create and manage digital systems and processes that give patients, customers, associates and physicians easy access to information and solutions
Create user experience, navigation, and architecture for websites, Intranet, Apps and other web applications that can quickly grow and change with the needs of the organization.
Facilitate clear interaction strategies in sync with business and end-user goals, developing navigation and site structure, and organizing content.
Implement and manage an SEO/SEM strategy to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines, accomplished through a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, social media strategy, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content strategy, and information architecture.
2. System responsibilities:
Document and maintain system processes as applications are developed, modified, and/or upgraded.
Work with outside vendors to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot third party and external online systems.
Work closely with the various internal departments to ensure all digital content is updated on a regular basis.
Works closely with IT and data contacts to ensure meetings, publications, and other e-commerce modules are set up properly and maximized on the website.
Serve as staff and technical resource to workgroups.
Test new applications and troubleshoots existing applications
3. Analyze and communicate by:
Analyze and reports website and digital statistics.
Conduct online surveys as needed.
