POSITION OVERVIEW
Expand your skillsets or start your career at a rapidly expanding company. Our Telesales team needs Brand Ambassadors to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will represent one of our many partners, answering inbound or making outbound calls, communicating with hundreds of consumers daily. We teach you the latest customer service and selling techniques as you make a name for yourself in our growing organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT IS A TELESALES BRAND AMBASSADOR?

This role will engage and educate customers about the benefits of our partners' products and services, relying on state-of-the-art contact center technology and perfecting our industry-leading customer service and sales methodology. Professionally represent some of the largest, most recognizable brands and interact with hundreds of clients daily. Your primary responsibility is to learn about products, services, and customers while growing the sales of accounts you manage.

Our entry-level Telesales Brand Ambassadors are responsible for the following tasks:

Understand customers needs and convey effective solutions
Learn then perfect telesales and customer service skills
Build relationships and professionally represent our partners
Work with managerial team to improve sales process
Improve overall customer experience and drive sales daily

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
WONDER IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Candidates should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally. Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.

Other Call Center Professional Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
Ability to learn customer service software applications
Must be proficient with basic PC skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Highly reliable
Minimum 18 years of age
Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
