A pioneer in the field of education for more than 46 years, LLE Education Group provides educational experiences for infants through school age children. We are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals capable of providing consistent care and education, to ensure a stable and nurturing environment. Candidates must be flexible and available to be scheduled any hours of program (M - F, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, hours vary by location) to meet the needs of the school. (9 hour schedule with one-hour unpaid break) Some part time positions may be available for mid-day and evening shifts.

The right candidate will:
Be committed to upholding standards for high quality child care at every level
Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings
Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Other duties as assigned
Is familiar with the child care field and pay scale.
Must have reliable attendance and accountability.
Must have reliable transportation.

Minimum of six (6) months experience working in a licensed child care facility
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, Elementary Education or related; or
Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor’s degree program; or
Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).
Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check
Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
