Come work for a growing bedding and pillow manufacturer and distributor, Pillow Menu. We are looking to hire an independent and motivated person who thrives in a small business environment in Denver. Our wholesale division consists of clients within the hotel and hospital industry, and the government. This is a full-time Administrative Assistant position with a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm shift and compensation will be $15/hr with great benefits. The position will be focused on assisting our Wholesale manager with administrative duties that will facilitate growth in our wholesale division. This position will report directly to the Wholesale manager.

Administrative duties will include the following:
-Setting up wholesale accounts in the system and sending quotes to potential clients.
-Creating PO’s in our inventory system and following up with invoices
-Researching potential leads via LinkedIn and other methods
-Entering lead information into Salesforce and keeping it updated on a daily basis.
-Creating marketing materials to be used at trade shows and sales presentations.
-Following up with clients to ensure they have a positive experience doing business with our company.
-Researching potential government bids and assisting the wholesale manager with submitting proposals for government opportunities.
-Assisting the wholesale manager with successfully fulfilling government contracts. This will include finding vendors within a strict deadline.

Requirements
-Must be self-motivated, positive, and a team player. We are a small business so being a team player is key and you must be comfortable with helping out in different departments when needed. You will gain a wide variety of experience and really see how a small business works!

-The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks

-Have an outgoing personality and strong customer service skills

-Must have a professional demeanor when communicating with clients via email and over the phone.

-Salesforce experience is a plus

-Must have extreme attention to detail

-Strong writing skills and proficient excel

-Must be able to learn product SKUs quickly and accurately

-Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

-Have the ability to perform tasks within a deadline driven environment

Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time position M-F 8-5pm. Compensation is $15/hr . We offer medical, vision, and dental insurance after 30 days of full-time employment. We also offer paid time off for select holidays.
