GSO is expanding Its smart, ambitious, and knowledgeable customer support staff and we are hiring for Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our team. We are looking for high-energy, positive professionals who love talking to customers and helping them ensure successful deliveries of the shipments that they entrust GSO to deliver. The starting salary for this position ranges from $15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As a GSO territory call center representative, your problem solving and people skills will be critical in working with our team to handle an average of 2500 calls per day! The customer service department supports GSO customers with:

· Scheduling pickups and delivery appointments

· Ordering supplies

· Providing rate estimates

· Tracking packages and more

The GSO customer service center hours of operation are 7:00AM-8:00PM Monday through Friday and from 7:00AM-4:00PM Saturdays. Bilingual speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. No previous call center experience required and training will be provided. Transportation industry experience is a plus.


Permanent full time new hires will be eligible for healthcare after one full calendar month of employment. PTO, Floating Holidays and California Sick Pay will also be offered after 90 days of employment.
