We are seeking a Controller to join our highly engaged team! The Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will oversee the SEC reporting functions of the organization, be accountable for the accounting operations of Presidio, and oversee Treasury Operations. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. In addition, the Controller will be responsible for managing Presidio’s cash management, treasury function and debt compliance.

Manage the preparation and review of the Form 10-Q, 10-K filings, Proxy, 8-Ks and related investor materials associated with financial filings including all supporting financial schedules.
Provides Presidio’s CFO with all appropriate financial information required in analysis and interpretation of Presidio’s financial performance.
Responsible for the evaluation of all significant accounting transactions, research and implementation of relevant accounting technical standards, and preparation of technical accounting memos supporting all accounting positions.
Preparation of Presidio monthly financial statements and analysis for circulation to the Board of Directors and quarterly filing packages to the Audit Committee.
Oversight and management of accounting policies across Presidio.
Coordination of Presidio’s external quarterly reviews and external annual audit process.
Manage banking and treasury functions including responsibility for compliance with Debt Covenants and cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding.
Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the finance staff within Presidio.
Develop processes and business partner relationships with internal and external groups that will improve the flow of financial information within the company.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance required from an accredited University/College.
Experience in large global accounting firm preferred.
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
10+ years in a Finance Senior Leadership position.
10+ years Financial Systems and SEC reporting.
Detailed knowledge of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition, accounting for income taxes, accounting for business combinations, as well as, SEC Regulation S-X and S-K
Must have experience in public accounting, particularly relative to internal controls over financial reporting and SEC reporting including experience in drafting audited financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flows along with all required footnotes).
Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to determine and set priorities.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills when solving critical problems and accomplishing objectives.
Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization.
