Our state-of- the- art facility offers a serene environment where clients can relax and rejuvenate while achieving their beauty and health goals. We are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, service driven Receptionist to join our dynamic team with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Job Description
We are interested in individuals with a passion for the med spa industry and who love interacting with people. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of med spa receptionist experience.
Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome all guests to med spa with warmth and enthusiasm
-Check clients in and out of med spa and insure a positive first and lasting impression
-Obtain payments from clients and execute vendor reward programs
-Schedule/reschedule client appointments and invite guest to rebook
-Suggest additional services, retail products and memberships as appropriate
-Call management and telephone etiquette
-Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lobby and reception area
-Support and communicate with med spa staff
Required
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry with basic knowledge of aesthetic / wellness treatments, products, procedures and vendor reward programs
-Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
-Team player with positive 'can do' attitude
-Tech savvy (Zenoti a plus)
-Polished image and professional communication
- Organized, detail oriented and the ability to multitask
