Multi-skilled person needed to fill a Property Accountant position for a company specializing in homeowner association management. This is a part-time position that will become a full-time position once the candidate is fully trained. QuickBooks Desktop experience is a must, including A/R, A/P, budgeting and related reporting.

The position works closely with clients, in house property maintenance coordinator and will take direction from the Owner. A successful Property Accountant ensures the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting to the client
Starting salary is dependent on experience.
This is not an entry level position. Only candidates with required experience will be considered
Job Type: Part-time to start, going to Full-time when completely trained
