Identifies new store opportunities. Negotiates for numerous potential locations simultaneously. Travels as needed. Makes formal presentations to senior leadership for project approval. Leads the broader team in seeing the project through construction and set-up for on-time and on-budget openings. Property management functions include lease extension negotiations for all open units in assigned territory.

Handle lease negotiations – understand the company’s needs for a successful lease.

Lease admin – setting up lease database and being able to review leases.

Serves as the “quarterback” for the team to lead projects from inception through construction to successful, on-time, and on-budget openings.

Prepares materials and makes presentations for proposed new stores to senior leadership in a formal monthly Real Estate Meeting.

Tracks and manages the project schedule and budget ensuring that the project does not vary greater than 10% from the approved budget.
Bachelor’s Degree- preferred

Minimum 3 years of retail real estate experience
