Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will supervise every facet of dining room operations, will ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and will make certain the service staff is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guest’s needs. The Restaurant Manager will work together with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager to develop the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, in addition to operating the business in accordance with the company’s policies and appropriate laws and regulations.

  • The Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years (fine dining experience preferred)
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager
  • The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • The Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
