Opus Inspection, actively seeks a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative for a Full-time position in the Draper, Utah. Primary functions to provide support to customers on all company supported software applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Determine source of the equipment problem and advise customer on appropriate action.
  • Answer general program questions from motorists.
  • Document resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide inbound sales support.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
  • Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support new applications.
  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Two years of help desk support experience required.
