We are looking for a junior Art Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch impressive new marketing campaigns. You will devise the concepts and strategies, set the plan to action and oversee and manage its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- The Junior Art Director oversees the visual images and styles of designs for several outlets, like print, videos, and photography.

Duties typically include deciding which graphics to include in marketing material, establishing the overall look for a campaign or media piece, and approving designs or artwork pitched to them for the final product.

This position is responsible for generating ideas and brand experiences, storyboards, scripts, and layouts based on the brand's creative vision and business needs, understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and engaging the brand's target audience.

Responsible for the set direction, room types and/or conceptual ideas, color palettes, driving prop sourcing, narrative, lighting, composition, cropping, and overall aesthetic decisions working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the creative vision of each collection and concept is clearly communicated visually.

Design layouts for consumer-facing brand digital experiences i.e., website banners and landing pages, social media, and email marketing

Research and present industry trends and innovation, as well as report on aspirational trends through concept boards

Continuously drive a team of designers, videographers, and photographers to excellence through regular coaching, training, and process improvement while contributing to campaign work.

Build relationships with clients such as Merchants, Designers, Marketers, and outside agents such as models and photographers.

Ability to speak to process and work progress to leadership during presentations and photo shoots

Flexibility to work as needed on photo shoots: ensure all essential items are styled appropriately and execute set up and breakdown of photo shoots

Able to manage multiple opinions, make in-the-moment changes, and make compromises among many opinions

Act as a team player sharing responsibility for the achievement of goals and objectives

Possess up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and applies best practices to existing problems

Support the Creative Director in driving quality and process enhancements across teams
Qualifications
- 2 years of photography, graphic design, and video art direction experience within a marketing team

Strong understanding of digital photography, production studio pace, and efficiency

Proven experience with on-set/ in-studio standards, traditions, and demands

Excellent fashion sense with continuous attention to trends, emerging brands, and home décor.

Rigorous knowledge of set styling in a studio or on location.

Flexible in responding to organizational changes and business priorities

Works effectively under deadline pressure or in unusual or new work situations

Working knowledge of Adobe, video editing programs, Microsoft, and workflow apps.
