Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airport Customer Care Agents at JFK International Airport.
POSITION AVAILABLE: OVERNIGHT SHIFT 11PM - 6:30AM
PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
DEPARTMENT: New York (JFK)
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED: Proven customer service skills and Excellent communication skills
Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
Multi - Lingual preferred
Demonstrated collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule
Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team
Able to work varied hours
Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:
Help improve customer service experience at JFK.
Project a clear and concise voice and fluent in English.
Answer calls and make announcements as requested.
Provide accurate information in regards to terminal/airport services in a welcoming, hospitable manner.
Actively promote retail and food and beverage offerings in the terminal
PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
English proficient, other languages may be required
Terminal and Airport operations knowledge and experience preferred
Retail and/or Hospitality work experience required
Able to stand 3-4 at a time
Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
Valid US work authorization
Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation
Flexible schedule & availability
Background Check, Fingerprinting required
Drug Screen required prior to the day of hire
Salary/Benefits: $11.00/HR (Jan2018 increase to $13.00); Flight Benefits, Travel Allowance, Uniform provided. Cleaning Allowance, Health Insurance (for FT with small contribution), Voluntary Dental, Vision, and Life. 401K Matching up to 3.5%, Holiday Pay (after 90 Days) and Referral Bonus.
