About the Opportunity
We are an in-house, close protection detail working directly for one family, not through an outside agency. We do not have any full-time positions at this time. We are looking for independent contract agents who value being able to create their schedule months in advance, unique travel experiences and working with an experienced, tight-knit team.
The amount of work can vary based on your preference. We have some agents that want to work only certain trips, a few times each year. These agents live all over the US and in a few other countries as well. We have other agents that work four months total over the course of a year which earns them over $60,000 annually. Most of these agents live in Florida because about 40% of our work is there. Our schedule is usually set months ahead of time although we occasionally have last minute trips pop up.

We treat all our agents the same regardless of how much they work with us.

What we are looking for
Someone who operates at the highest level of integrity and honesty. Our team is built on trust – with one another, with the family we protect, with our partners in law enforcement and private sector. If integrity is not a core value for you then you’ll be uncomfortable on our team. We mention this first because it is of the utmost importance. An extensive background check with field interviews will be conducted.
At least three years of experience in close protection with verifiable training that meets our standards OR at least five years experience in law enforcement or military. Experience in formation driving, field medicine, logistics or counter-surveillance is of additional value. Also looking for experienced agents who recognize each protectee has their own needs and therefore each detail has their own means and methods. Those with experience in government agencies specializing in protective work or corporate executive protection at Fortune 100 companies are most likely to find their experience to be a good match our style.
Must have valid driver’s license, valid passport and ability to travel without restriction internationally, be able to carry a concealed firearm in Florida and other states with obtainable permits.
Much of our work is in Florida. If you live in Florida, especially South Florida, we may have frequent work for you. Those living outside of Florida we use for our US and international travel (1-3x per month) and occasionally bring to Florida for work as needed.
