Mahoney Law Group, APC is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal with at least three (3) years of experience to join our vibrant legal team. As a paralegal, you will perform many tasks during the litigation process and work on all phases of the trial from beginning to end. You will report directly to the handling attorney and/or the managing partner of the firm regarding the following tasks:
· Propound/respond to discovery
. Conduct research
· Calendar and manage court deadlines
· Prepare documents for filing with the state and federal courts
· Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner
· Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits
· Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
