The Convenience Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast will be responsible for executing and driving a retail sales plan for the chains & distributors that will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth of existing and new Ferrero products.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the business relationship with key chains and distributors in Southeast region including owning the end-to-end category strategy, execution, and integration.
Manage and direct sales brokers to deliver financial and volume goals
Strengthen relationships and deliver financial targets.
Identify strategic sales opportunities supported by category & customer-driven insights.
Meet category revenue, volume, growth, profit and share targets.
Meet category distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising goals.
Develop and implement JBP process at key chains
Provide category input during JBP process & identify strategic sales opportunities.
Own relationship with category buyers and execute formalized, value-added engagement plan with established feedback loop to act on customer input.
Identify medium and long-term business opportunities
Develop accurate SKU-level forecasts each month based on expected demand, seasons, promotions; provide monthly and year-out forecasts.
Develop and execute promotional plans and conduct post-promotional analysis (ROI).
Manage price-point vs. objectives and promotions.

Qualifications:
Four + years' minimum relevant experience.
Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, Category management experience required.
Interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders, building solid relationships and achieving brand sales goals.
Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising objectives.
Data analysis skills to monitor key accounts' performance in category and develop strategies to close gaps and increase sales.
Management presentation competencies to effectively present key insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
