PICKUP is the Instant Delivery service featuring Good Guy Drivers and their trucks. No more waiting a week or more for delivery of big or heavy retail items like furniture and appliances. PICKUP offers speed, flexibility and convenience. Most important, our Good Guy drivers are trust verified and go through extensive background checks. The Position
Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented accountant to join the team. Par-time, flexible hours. (20-25 hours per week). This position will be responsible for Accounts Payable, invoicing and other duties as required.
Accounts Payable including daily pay for 1099 individuals (average of 300-400 per day)
Prepare invoices and allocations for consolidated billings.
Collections of outstanding receivables.
Reconcile general ledger accounts to subsidiary ledgers.
Work with all levels of the organization and partners to answer financial inquiries and resolve outstanding issues
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to take the initiative toward problem resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented focus
Strong work ethic, superb time management and ability to work independently with a great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Strong organizational and analytical skills

Education and Experience
Associates degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years’ progressively more responsible experience in accounting.
Experience with accounting and payment processing systems such as Quickbooks, Stripe and Bill.com
