Responsibilities

  • Fulfill required quota of listened phone calls on a daily basis.
  • Verifies telemarketing results by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

In this position, you must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem solving abilities are a must, as well as a passion for quality.

Preferred Experience but not required.

  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant call center experience.
  • Bachelors Degree

Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00 - 10:00 PM

Salary: Starting at $15/hr
