Salesforce Administrator
Job Description
Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce across all Uniloy departments. They work closely with the Uniloy steering team and the sales department to build a system that will increase awareness of customer activity, service and sales activity. The Salesforce Administrator will manage customer and sales team data to develop useful reports for managing activity and sales trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce.
- Responsible for configuring the software to match the needs of the business – including customizing fields, setting up workflows, creating reports, etc.
- Responsible for training all staff on how to use Salesforce effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on customers.
- Monitor and analyze data on customer interactions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce. The goal is to ensure that Salesforce is always operating at peak performance.
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s Degrees with a solid analytical and technical background
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong technical background
- Comfortable working with data and have strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills
- Able to think strategically and make recommendations to senior management on how to improve Salesforce performance
Work Environment:
Office / Manufacturing environment. Employee may be occasionally exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts in motion, risk of shock and other hazards associated with a manufacturing environment such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, painting etc.
This is an office-based position that requires walking, sitting, standing, bending, driving, reading, seeing, hearing, speaking, concentrating, and communicating.
