SAIC currently has a job opening for a Technical Customer Relationship Manager in Huntsville, AL on the NICS Program. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Center Services Delivery Director in the management, planning, coordination and reporting of resources and actions taken by the organization to perform projects/tasks to meet customer requirements. Technical job responsibilities include coordinating with teams that provide design, engineering, configuration, testing, and documentation of network architectures and configurations including routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, wireless solutions, network management tools, telephone, radio services, cable plant, video distribution and video conference rooms as well as other information technology products. In addition, budget and resource management experience is required. The successful individual must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate and work effectively with senior NASA and contractor managers

Qualifications

Required:
BS/BA Degree (4 years experience in lieu of degree)

5 years experience experience managing or supporting Information BS Technology (IT) projects or tasks, preferably Network or Telecommunications related, for a Government customer, preferably NASA

Experience managing or supporting Information BS Technology (IT) projects or tasks, preferably Network or Telecommunications related, for a Government customer, preferably NASA.

Individual must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate and work effectively with senior NASA and contractor managers

Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, Video/Voice Teleconferencing and IT Security services, as well as engineering and operations support model.

Desired:
PMP, ITIL Foundation and Intermediate (either Lifecycle or Capability area). Experience with NASA 7120 Project Management approach is also desired.
