The Hotel Technology Client Support (HTCS) Property Systems team is responsible for global PM systems that drive room revenues, process reservations, and oversee capital funds annually.
As a PMS Product Analyst, the primary role is to provide alignment with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts strategic goals at the property systems level (PMS, POS, S&C and interfaced systems). This role will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to manage the product / services life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to delivery. In addition to strategic corporate alignment, we will evaluate new property level systems to be incorporated or interfaced into current systems that would benefit our franchises and managed site from an operational and/or financial impact.

Minimum Associates in IT, Technology, or Hospitality.

Strong knowledge in Property Management Systems and Property Level Systems. Specifically, Opera Cloud and SynXis Property Hub.

Previous project or product management experience.
