Whether via phone, email, chat, or social media channels, our Customer Care team provides ‘round the clock support for Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, HauteLook and millions of Nordstrom card holders.

As a Customer Care Specialist…

You will be the voice of NordstromRack.com | HauteLook, fielding real-time calls, e-mails and live chats from customers across the country. The Ideal Customer Care Specialist is caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding Nordstrom customer service every day.

Hours of Operation: 6:00am – 10:00pm
Shifts: Full-Time positions available, times will vary upon business need. Schedule flexibility is expected, and the ability to work a set schedule is required.
Training: Monday – Friday for 3 weeks (required)
Pay: $17.00/hr with an employee discount

Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of calls in an efficient and effective manner
Answer customer questions regarding account information, order status, return status, product information, policies, procedures, site navigation and time frames
Accurately log all handled calls and calculate price adjustments, when applicable
Liaise with Nordstrom Card Services and shipping carriers

Qualifications:
Spanish speakers Preferred
6 months’ experience within a retail or customer service environment preferred
Excellent telephone and written communication skills required
Must be able to successfully pass a Multi-tasking assessment
Able to work in a fast pace environment with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a high sense of emergency
