The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the overall strategy related to Google Ads channel management (transitions between LCS and GCS) on behalf of the GCS team. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to integrate multiple points of views and operationalize the strategy to global and market specific decisions.
You'll launch and lead key business strategy projects. You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with sales leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have exposure to sales and operations leaders at all levels as you'll solve problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to leadership. Your overarching objective will be to help Google Ads sales teams effectively and efficiently grow globally.

Work collaboratively with partner teams across the business who are also responsible for channel management.
Build clear, executive-level narratives related to the activities outlined above.
Work with senior executives to build and evaluate global strategies and deep dive into market specific strategies.
Influence stakeholders and partner teams to adopt recommendations for improvement of the channel management approach and process.
Build recommendations on how Google Ads should think about channel management to ensure positive outcomes for Google and for our customers.
