We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging business development leader with experience in regulatory affairs/communications as a consultant or in-house to create and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads, brand recognition and thought leadership for our agency.

What You Will Do
This unique opportunity involves guiding pharmaceutical and biotech clients in their preparation for critical health authority meetings by directing and supporting message and story development, issue identification, speaker coaching, content creation and overall client satisfaction. These meetings include, but are not limited to, FDA milestone meetings, FDA Advisory Committee Meetings, CHMP Oral Explanations, and Scientific Advisory Group meetings.
In this role, you will lead and collaborate with a supportive team of experienced scientists, designers, coaches and client service professionals to guide strategy and message development, content creation and team preparation. In addition, you will play a key role in business development, helping to identify and win future projects. The role requires a strategic thinker and flexible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will report to our team’s Managing Director and collaborate with our senior leaders and trusted consultants.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
An advanced scientific or communications degree or equivalent expertise-
At least 7 years’ experience supporting strategic communication in a regulatory affairs/communications consultancy or in-house or equivalent experience

Prior experience leading or supporting FDA Advisory Committee preparation

Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide strategic direction to clients

Strong history of establishing and growing relationships among regulatory and clinical development clients

Ability to leverage your trusted relationships, and develop new ones to secure new opportunities

Strong experience managing, mentoring, and motivating scientists and teams and ensuring client satisfaction
Willingness to travel is a requirement.
