Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of people management experience with a focus on coaching/mentoring and team member development in sales/business development.
Experience building a business and driving a revenue number.
Experience with go-to-market strategies involving Partners.
Experience managing managers, as well as senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead a large regional or global business.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
Ability to engage and align cross functional teams across functions and geos.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Organizational and project management skills.

As Director of Global Distribution, you will build our Distribution business globally. You will directly manage the Distribution PDM’s around the world to ensure delivery of our Distribution partner revenue commitments. You will also promote our Distribution business through cross-functional teams such as Programs, Marketing, Support, Product and Enablement to develop and drive the growth of the sales of G Suite and GCP through Distribution.

Hire, develop and lead a world class team of managers and team members around the world to deliver Distribution revenue commitments.
Establish clear, mutual commitments around revenue, marketing, and services offerings. Review plans in periodic Business Reviews with partners to monitor progress and establish corrective actions as needed.
Identify growth projects and programs across our partner ecosystem that can scale. Plan and execute programs and work with cross-functional stakeholders in the wider Cloud organization.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure and interpret business trends and inform key decisions. Communicate findings on a regular basis to all levels of management and leverage partner feedback to drive improvements.
