About the role/team:
The Senior Program Manager actively leads multiple programs. This includes leading a team of cross functional, cross product resources in establishment of project management standards and the delivery of the products and services sold through the completion of the implementation. The Program Manager will build a strong and effective working relationship with the client, as well as coaching the team to success.
How you will make an impact:
Drive contract ownership by ensuring Implementation terms and obligations are met
Initiate, plan, and execute a portfolio of large strategic programs
Communicate to internal/external stakeholders including executives to provide on-time, within estimates, quality deliverables that meet product expectations and customer satisfaction
Identify and implement project management best practices across the implementations
Create, maintain and communicate Risk Assessment and Plan to insure the readiness of the organization to support the implementation process and deliverables
Interact with other WEX Teams to accomplish project goals and assure solutions long term support plan
Mentor and lead program managers on strategic programs
Experience you will bring:

Ability to draw on a variety of prior experience, including direct client engagement, related functional experience in technical and subject matter knowledge, and project management, in order to lead their team to success
10+ years project management experience in a consultative customer environment with at least 5 years in a project manager leadership role; 5 years of experience managing large scale product implementations
Demonstrated understanding a project management methodologies, performance measurement and metrics, and business and financial analysis
Consultative abilities, sound judgment decision making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
Demonstrated ability to lead others to execute on complex business strategies, driving measurable results
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence and problem solve with various levels of client employees
Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate root-cause analysis on complex issues
Able to collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships with employees, peers, internal partners, clients and third party partners
Ability to travel up to 25% is required
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $117,000.00 - $154,800.00
