Drive a best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process as the E2E Global Product Owner for the defined EG (ADS, WDG, Xbox, CRM, UST, ROW) by leading AND orchestrating the best of CSCP to business unit, sales, engineering and finance through the core functions of -

  • Demand Planning with operational and financial perspectives
  • Capacity Planning (space, power, network etc) at appropriate unit level
  • Driving Service Delivery, Quality and Cost Metrics for Business Impact
  • Drive supply-demand matching and mitigation plans for capacity gaps
  • Comprehensive Product Offer views in support of Sales / Geos and EG organization
  • Proactive what-if scenarios and decision-making with a service and P&L mindset
  • Cross-functional teamwork and alignment. Continuous improvement process to balance operational excellence and partnership model with Sales and EG business teams
Responsibilities

o Demand - Capacity AND Supply Matching

o Drive Capacity Gaps and Supply Chain Execution Actions for Resolution of any Business Impact

o Summarize demand shaping, offer restrictions and sales impact story

o Present Cost-Delivery-Inventory trade-offs, Engineering Assumptions with Improvements and decision making

o Synchronization to Revenue Plan and Capex Council

o Present Ops Metrics (Capacity Availability, CFR, Customer Impact, EG Delivery etc) and Business KPI’s

  • Leverage the CSCP organization for S&OP process with content bringing the best of Demand Planning, Capacity Planning and Supply Execution for S&OP engagement.
  • Work with Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales leaders for synthesized S&OP content striking the balance between strategic topics and tactical reporting required for business level engagement
  • Work with Finance on P&L aspects of S&OP content; develop and manage CAPEX council asks, and what-if financials for business impact aspects of S&OP
  • Work with key stakeholders: Sales - Global / Geo / Regional Country Managers for demand visibility and their key issue resolutions
  • Partner with S&OP leadership team, Global PM and Dev Org leads for S&OP process creation, metrics & tools development, rollout and scale of S&OP
  • The key interface to EGs for all operational needs for increasing customer trust, delivering capacity and driving efficiency
Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree equivalent in Business Administration or related product / technology or supply chain management field
  • 2-4 years of broad and deep product / supply chain / business planning experience
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong business planning, influencing and inter-personal skills for driving results in cross-functional team setting
  • Strong Industry best practices knowledge & experience in either:
  • Demand planning (i.e. sales statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning with key customers, consensus demand planning)
  • Capacity Planning or Supply planning (i.e., supply-demand balancing, constrained supply planning and critical allocation decisions)
  • Business S&OP Planning, “what-if” trade-offs and decision making
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases, SQL Queries, PowerBIs is a definite plus
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to create and deliver executive friendly presentations with story on complex product, business and supply chain topics
