Compensation: varies based on level of experience


  • Work in the office for at least 3 hours, 3 days of the week to process daily accounting tasks
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: deposit checks, receive customer payments, etc.
  • Manage Accounts Payable: process mail, pay invoices, collect new vendor paperwork, and set up new vendor accounts in Quickbooks
  • Review and code weekly credit card charges from the team
  • Reconcile monthly statements
  • Review time sheets and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Reporting and miscellaneous accounting tasks


  • Familiarity with Quickbooks accounting software
  • Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus
  • Keen attention to detail for data entry
  • Able to organize large amounts of information
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite, MS Office, etc.)


  • Quickbooks: minimum 1 year (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: minimum 1 year (preferred)
